It sounds simple but just walk up and say hi, and say just that. The worst she can do is say no. Personally, guys who kept it simple made it easy. Become friends first and take your time. I’m sorry it’s not more detailed. Just know that you got this. And if not, it’s just practice
Start a conversation that is work related,that is probably the only way to keep things non-creepy.
Maybe you can compliment her on what she has brought to the work place and encourage her to work hard if this is what she really wants.
if you’re nervous then you can do that in your own pace, you can start by saying good morning when you see her in the morning. later try having a little chat. then the next day, you can actually go & ask her out. doesn’t have to be all at once.
