For women who have overcome attachment issues, what helped you in dealing with them?

  1. Being mindful of my feelings and why i feel the way i felt. And then i detach – I allow myself to cry and grieve within a reasonable time period. And move on naturally.

    Having good friends and goals in life help too.

    I just don’t have the time or energy to feel unreasonably attached to one thing.

  2. Honestly, having a partner who understands and is willing to work with me. It means everything. I definitely still struggle at times but I don’t have to worry about her getting angry or leaving.
