I live in south Florida if that’s any help. I hooked up with her on a whim and she later ghosted me. I recently reconnected with her and I asked her why she ghosted me and she said I gave her an std. I don’t know what to do now and I have literally no money as I’m moving soon. Anyone know what I should do?

Well, obviously you need to get tested to find out what STIs you have and get treatment. So the real question is how to get health care and money to pay for health care.
If you can’t afford to cure diseases living in and damaging your body, I’m not sure what you can afford.
