Did you apply any strategies to break the rut and reduce your weight to the ‘normal’ BMI?

  1. When I gained muscle I gained about ten pounds. I felt really confident. Now I’ve stopped working out as regularly and lost my muscle and those 10 pounds, but my body is squishy and less able, and I’m less confident.

  2. I lost 145 lbs. I’d gain muscle and lose fat so I stayed the weight for a same time, mostly measured through jeans and clothes and the scale, then dropped more

  3. cardio and lighter weight lifting plus higher protein and slight calorie deficit, weigh your food too, don’t eyeball
