How do you cope when you realise a relationship you’ve invested in a lot is ending?

1. You start to invest in yourself.

2. First, before anything else, you have to let yourself mourn for the future that won’t be. If you don’t take the time and effort to work through that, it’s just going to keep hurting.

4. It’s a loss. You grieve through it. On the other side, is acceptance

5. Rip the band aid off, and leave

6. You will love again. You will adjust your boundaries. You will be okay
