I have this colleague at work. I once suggested to go and visit a place in the city, and he said yes sure. That weekend was raining, so I suggested to maybe go the next weekend, which is tomorrow. He agreed. During the week he mentioned if we are going, I told him depending on the weather, because early in the week the forecast said it would rain in the weekend. On Thursday the forecast changed to clear sky on the weekend, which is more reliable prediction than earlier because it was closer to the weekend. So I messaged him and told him the weather is clear and we can go. He didn’t reply to me. I’m not sure how to deal with the situation. I have to say he mentioned he wanted to bring someone I don’t know, and I told him I prefer to go with people I know. This is because I don’t click with people I don’t know right away. I’m not sure if this is the reason, but not replying to me, even with a decline, and I know for sure he read my message, bothers me, and don’t know how to act when I see him
