How to make a ONS a bit less intimate?

I know the idea of making sex less intimate seems a bit absurd but you know what I mean. I actually prefer it to be intimate even with a stranger but it’s become clear that a lot of women would rather it not, as though they just want to meet their need/want in that moment without complicating things with emotions.

Besides less eye contact and kissing have you got any advice?

And how much do you think is reasonable to compromise here?
