And do you regret it?

  1. I never thought I’d find a woman I’d want to spend the rest of my life and be completely satisfied with until I did meet that women

25 years later it’s worked out pretty well

  2. If it wasn’t for religion, I wouldn’t have gotten married. I don’t regret my partner, so by default no I don’t regret my marriage. I just find the piece of paper & the inherent risk associated with the government contract you’re required to sign to not be ideal.

  3. I was dead set against marriage. My father was married 4 times. Also, I dated a number of women over the years so I saw no need for marriage.

Then I fell in love with a foreign national and for her to stay here I had to marry her. We have been married over 30 years now.

  4. Because I realized that if I am going to trust someone enough to hold me down when I’m out of commission, it doesn’t make sense not to give them the legal power to do so.
