I’ve never been on a date before buuut I’ve been talking to this girl for awhile, her friend was interested in mine cah I sent a pic of us together so I thought why not a double date. But I think I fucked up because I’ve never even been on a date so what if I make this awkward or maybe it’s less awkward with more ppl…help

It can be tricky if you are more introverted, or less extroverted, than the other party.
You want to use a date to show off your best self to your prospective partner, so if you are better at extrovert behaviour, you might excel in such a situation, but the opposite if you are more introverted and slow to open up around groups of people.
They’re people. Talk to them. Hopefully it’ll be fun then suggest another time meeting up with just the one you’re interested in that way.
Don’t tell your friend about it and you’ll have the two ladies all to yourself
It’s less intimate but more casual. I guess it’s fine as long as the other couple are getting along OK.
You can always swap girls after the main course and swap again after dessert.
