I didn’t see anything about this in the FAQ, but this might be a good topic to have there as a reference guide, since it’s sexual-heath-related:

What are some good exercises / activities to build muscle or increase endurance as a prep for sex? I’m not talking about increasing endurance in terms of time to orgasm; rather, endurance before your muscles give out and you can’t move anymore. 😛

I’m asking in a gender/role-inclusive way, too. Building leg strength for thrusting/riding, core strength for riding/suspension, lung capacity for general endurance, etc.

So, good workout routines for building sexual endurance?

  1. I’m thinking that yoga would be the way to go for strength and flexibility.

    Bodyweight calisthenics would also be a low cost/free approach.

    The most “effortless” way to accomplish this, is to get into a sport or physical pastime that you really *really* want to get good at. The strength, endurance, and flexibility become the byproduct of you getting personal bests, finally dunking a basketball, participating in a ballroom dance competition, or whatever.

  2. Squats, straight legged dead lifts, bench press, hip thrusts, etc legs and upper body. Should be main focus

  3. Lower body and core strength will be huge for this. Hack squat, front squat, hip thrust, throw in the bench press because why not and also build your back with rows.
