Whenever I start to feel nervous or anxious in a public setting, I reiterate the thought that all of us are humans existing in the same spot, breathing in the same air, living at the same time. It’s a warm and beautiful realization. We’re all being.

  1. That’s actually something similar to mine. When i have to relieve it, I just think of

    “I’m just a matter in the universe like everyone else”, It isn’t effective but it helps.

  2. I agree with this. To put it simply I view it as we’re all spiritual beings, part of the universe experiencing what it’s like to be human and learning/growing spiritually with each life.
