My relationship

I’m a (18 year old male) I have a girlfriend who is (19 year old female) so basically we started dating for 2 weeks we have dated in past for 6 months now we are re trying things and it’s been so dull she doesn’t make effort to text me first doesn’t see me often doesn’t let me do things she has put in rules we’re I have to wait 3 weeks to kiss her I don’t like how slow this is going maybe it’s bc my last relationship was so fast pasted and I loved it this one just doesn’t compare yes this one has it’s big difference I don’t have to worry about being controlled in this relationship with the one I’m re dating but other than that feels like my relationship with my other ex was far better even tho it had such a negative thing going on I’m really stuck here I want to make this work but scared incase I say anything I will be dropped

Tldr: basically my relationship to me is going far to slow and it’s bugging me the rules of such as 3 weeks for kissing having to text first and not being able to see her often when she’s free scared to speak to her incase I’m dropped
