Stay disciplined? Determined?
Am I rude when Sober ? Is getting drunk/high is instant gratification causing more pain ? Are the scars permanent. Maybe this damage done is irreversible

Nobody is always disciplined… or feels like it. And nobody is always happy.
But if you see yourself and realize that you don’t feel happy at all, you need to change something.
But getting high or drunk won’t change anything.
