What is ur experience with period depression and mood changes each month? How do you cope with it?

  1. Leave myself at its mercy and wait for it to pass lol. Usually a great time for introspection and getting back on goals. Different each time somehow though, emotionally. Sometimes an anti social period, sometimes sad, sometimes excited, sometimes calm and wellness vibes

  2. Luckily for me my period runs like a German train schedule so I have ample time to prepare. Pain killers, water bottle, favourite fatty food, long scalding hot baths and SLEEP. If I’m out of commission my husband will immediately step in so I don’t need to worry about kids and house stuff
