what causes burning when first having sex (bare)?

I’m female. Sometimes during unprotected sex in the beginning, It burns upon penetration for a bit/while getting started. It stops after a bit. We use lube, It’s the same lube we’ve used with condoms. I’ve been tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia and it’s negative. Does this happen to anyone else??
