I don’t really get anything out of it, he enjoys it. But he also will say stuff and I think it’s a red flag. While horny he has told me he loves me, he wishes I was with him 24/7, and how he can’t wait for everything that’s in store for us.
I think that’s the penis talking, not him. I ignore it. But also, should I just end things now; is this a sign he’s getting attached to quickly?

A simple “i love you” isn’t the end all be all. I say that to my pancakes and my car.
Let him be attached but set expectations for the speed your relationship will develop. Don’t throw away a good thing because he likes you more than you like him as he is probably happy with how things are.
If he does weird things though then definitely let him know he needs to hit the breaks.
