Do I have an std?

So I’ve (18 f) recently had unprotected sex with one of my buddy’s (who I know is sexually active with other girls). Ever since we saw each other, my period was super delayed and weird. I have yeast infections often after my period and I can’t seem to get rid of them for good. And very low sex drive. There is no odder or abnormal discharge. I’m not pregnant, I took a test and it has been about 4 months since I saw him. I can’t bring it up to him and he probably won’t get tested anyways. And I definitely can’t bring this up to my mother (who I live with) bec she is extremely “save yourself until marriage for the lord” so I just want to know if this has happened to anyone else or if this is a sign of something? Plz help :/
