All my life i’ve been dealing with periods of depression. I do my best with therapy and other techniques to work on it so I don’t go down the deep end, but i’m always struggling a bit. When somebody asks me ‘how are you doing!’ I have a hard time not answering honestly. I’m noticing that over time it scares people off a bit. So i’m trying to give positive answers and it’s still hard when somebody asks about me. What are some things I can do? What are some things I can say?

  1. Think about it this way : talking and socializing while fix ur depression . So u need to socialize to heal yourself . So put yourself out there and Trust me .

  2. Your state of mind and your ability to socialize go hand in hand. If you improve on the other part will also benefit.
