How would you react if a female friend (not romantically involved with your group of friends) wants to join your “boy’s night” (or any hang out activities you normally do with male only)? Or at least tag along as an observer? What would be your internal thought, and how would you act on that?

Very direct and respectful. Never mis lead !
It’s not something we decide, it’s sort of mutual that develops between to consenting people. But if a gal doesn’t have anything else to offer other than her body, a FWB or casual night of sex is the most likely result.
I dont do the FWB thing.
Upfront and honest.
Try to show or be clear about what I’m looking for and what I’m bringing to the table without seeming like a dickhead.
“I don’t really feel a romantic connection but if you’re ever looking for a maintenance man or someone to fill a need I’d love a chance to show you what I can do to make you happy.”
It’s worked once or twice. But I don’t really fuck with FWB because someone Always catches feelings.
I don’t do casual 😂
I’m very honest with them, never lead them on
I act with honesty regardless of outcome it’s the correct thing to do.
I’m married, I don’t think I’m allowed to have friends with benefits anymore. My wife probably wouldn’t like that.
Well, i travel for work so I always use that as an excuse for not committing.
Before I traveled I would say that I just like to take my time before jumping into relationships. Also, when she asks if I am dating other women I would say “yes”.
Sooner or later she would get the idea that exclusivity is not happening.
Dump the bullshit question.

What is “mixed signals” to you? Ask us about THOSE.
I tell them I don’t want a serious relationship.
If he’s giving you mixed signals then you need to move on, sorry.
By telling her that.
I would say something like “I like hanging out with you, but I wanted to let you know that I’m not ready to commit to a serious relationship right now.”
Usually I would only want to see her if we were going to have sex. Usually going straight to her place or her to mine.
I’ll never invite her to dates or social events. I’ll only ever ask her if she wants to come watch a movie or hangout
