My fiancée has had bad experiences in the past with other relationships with them going down on her and has caused her to not like it when I do. What are some things I could try to make the experience better for her? She’s only had one relationship where she actually enjoyed it and can’t really explain to me what they did different. I love giving her oral since she does it for me so often and I want to be able to make the experience just as good for her as she does for me. So any advice would be welcomed.

Using your fingers while going down is probably your best shot at it, that combo is great.
I would just talk to her about what she wants, and what she likes. She might just be more into you sucking on her nipples than going down on her.
Ask her if it feels good, if she says yes, keep doing what your doing sailor, if she says no try something new and ask her again
