Had social anxiety forever and just now starting to get over it, I definitely feel like I want to start dating in the upcoming weeks.

  1. Don’t think about outcomes, and rather just enjoy the process of getting yourself out there and meeting people. If you put too much pressure on getting the end result that you want, it can affect the journey in a negative way.

    Think about what you’re looking for and what you’d like to have in a partner.
