Those whose partners have drifted out of love. How did you confront it?

  1. I didn’t. It helps when you remind yourself that you don’t want to be with someone who doesn’t want to be with you. I’m not begging anyone to stay with me, so if they don’t like me they can see themselves out. I have friends and family who like me for me, so one person’s negative opinion about me is meaningless

  2. Well, I was the one who drifted out of love when he started acting like a dependent child. So not sexy. The problem was that I was trying to wrap up schooling and so I distanced myself more and more just trying to get through it and he never questioned it… until one day he flat out asked me what my problem was. Then I just flat out told him that I didn’t want to be with him anymore. He drove me nuts…. I’m not attracted to children… I was tired of his laziness… his hygiene was becoming disgusting…etc.

But he’d gotten warnings about these things already but chose to ignore.
