With the amount of different stuffing flavours, what’s your favourite? Mines the apple and herb one

  1. Sage and onion but if having it with chicken the secret is to make it up with chicken stock rather than plain water.

  2. I love chestnut stuffing, but it was very expensive even before everything got very expensive

  3. Every Christmas my mum makes four different ones – cranberry and bacon, garlic and walnut, sage and onion and lemon and celery. The lemon and celery is one of my top five favourite foods, it’s so so good – the slight sharpness is a brilliant contrast on a plate of delicious stodge
