I’m not very dominating as a person, he mostly does the dominating but he loves to be dominated in return and I have no clue what to do especially since he’s ticklish as hell. Whenever I try to tie him up or blind him because he can’t touch me he gets ticklish and laughs, and I feel bad trying to be hot and just making him laugh.

If tying him up makes him ticklish and kills the mood I’d recommend just ordering him to be still. You need to get into the mindset that you are in total control of the situation. While you are dominating him not only is his body yours to do with as you please but so is his pleasure. Fix that idea in your mind and have fun with it.
