When I was away at college (early 20s) I was sexually free and curious. I tried numerous different men. Some the same day and even at the same time. I was happy. I kept myself up, and was surprisingly clean to say I messed around a lot. Later on in years I tried monogamous relationships but most all failed. I’d either be cheated on or they didn’t like my personality. After many tries and no luck on a permanent relationship I turned into an introvert and gained some weight. Now in my 40s Im still quite the introvert but I want to start having sex again. How do I put myself back out there? I’m not the perfect size 6 body anymore more like 14 and with everything going around picky about who I choose but how do I get back out there?

  1. Hit up a dating app and put yourself out there a bit. Go see what kind of fish you can catch. 😉

  2. Just lose some weight, make yourself attractive.Nothing wrong in satisfying natural urges.

It all depends on your social circle. If you are introvert and start tallking, people will ignore you first. It will take time to break ice and make connections. You will have to listen lot of bull excreta along the way.
