My female coworker came back from one week holiday and she’s mad at me. Of course she said I should know what I did to her and now I’m in quite i pickle if it’s some kind of game where she checks how I respond. We see each other only at work, there’s nothing special between us, although she told me i learned my job quite quickly, am easy to work with and trustworthy although a bit too quiet:)
Atm I’m like, this will go away on its own but I’d like to hear someone’s take (I’m not too good with ‘humans’ tbh).

If they don’t care enough to tell you, it’s not important enough to worry about. Let toxic people be toxic and keep doing your job with or without them.
This is actually a common power tactic – it’s designed to make you feel like the one who is at fault, the socially clueless imbecile. You aren’t a mind reader. If they can’t put their thoughts into words, that’s their problem, not yours. You see it in marriages all the time.
