Generally speaking, most americans are fat.
Cause they can’t find their size most of times.
Speak for your own dweeby loose closed self. I always wear jeans and a T shirt that is not loose.
Bc they lacked fathers growing up.
Because the 90s style of clothing is back.
some do and some don’t. Slim clothes were popular for a while and a lot of people still wear them.
The whole baggy clothes thing started because poor people got hand me downs, and that became trendy. I wear baggy clothing to conceal shit comfortably
Not American, but loose clothes are more comfortable, with a few exceptions.
I wear well fitted shirts but jeans and slacks are tricky. What fits my waist doesn’t usually fit my thighs.
That’s actually completely wrong, the aesthetic currently is completely the opposite.
I don’t buy clothes to impress redditors
Comfy
Because trends come and go and we are currently doing the 90s again, the time when JNCO ruled the land and 50” wide legs were what everyone wanted.
We spent our lives when it rained with the bottom half of our legs soaking wet, and now get to watch the kids today do the same. As nature intended.
Comfort.
Now onward to another question where the answer isn’t obvious.
Because most Americans are overweight and they think loose clothes hide that issue better, and they are just more comfortable.
Everyone around me wears tight clothes or something similar. I dunno where you got that info from.
Comfort.
Because we’re fat and loose clothes feel less restrictive?
