What is something you know you should be doing but aren’t?

  1. Exercise, being more careful about what I eat (specifically portion management) and working on my mental health.

  2. Expanding my knowledge in my field of work. I’m not out of my element, but there are hundreds of courses at my disposal that my company will cover…. but I have awful test anxiety and the stress just isn’t worth it

  3. Going to bed earlier.
    Working out more.
    Drinking more water and less alcohol and soda.
    Stretch, I guess.
    Use sunscreen.

  4. Sleeping better and going to therapy (trust me I believe in it for sure and not fearful of it but god work and life makes it hard to really focus and do it)

  5. Lesson plans. Thesis. Rewriting my weekly journal.

    Feeling so listless and burnout lately. Sucks.

  6. using sunscreen, drinking more water, sleeping more, spwnding less time on my phone, studying, writing, quit smoking

  7. Push ups …my chest getting soft….I just really cba anymore and got tennis elbow so no motivation for the pain

  8. Learning Spanish and working out… instead I’m drinking a beer and wasting time here
