Something that makes me less edgy, more relaxed, but not sleepy. My work is extremely exhausting and just alot going on at home, work, money, etc…
Give me your recommendations.
Note: I do not smoke weed or any type of THC/CBD. So I need something easy for someone new

  1. Disc golf is a good one imo. A fun journey to learn something new. Pretty cheap to start off. Gets you motivated to be outside. Can be adult only and kid friendly. Usually you meet some cool folks out there in the parks or nature.

  2. Ask yourself what is behind / underneath the anger.

    Anger is usually a secondary emotion, stemming from and masking something like…or a combination of…

    Sadness
    Loneliness
    Helplessness, powerlessness
    Fear
    Frustration
    Regret
    Inferiority
    Emptiness
    Jealousy
    Worthlessness
    Inadequacy
    Etc

    Treat the root of the problem and your address the symptoms (anger) as well.

  3. Not a gummie, but Kava might be worth a try. My wife and I go through a bunch of kava candies from Ozia Originals. They take a bit of the edge off without making you stupid. I’m pretty sure that Kava isn’t picked up by workplace drug tests, either, if that’s your reason for avoiding thc.
