  1. People treat their bodys like crap during their 20s and early 30s and wonder why all of the sudden everything goes downhill.
    No it is not cool to eat chips and chocolate for years.
    You have to take breaks on alcohol and drugs.
    Sitting infront of the computer all day long makes your body weak. Train, walk, get sun.
    Keep being assertive in your career. Stop trying to settle for a dead end 9-5.
    Keep socializing and learning new things!
