Let them have a shower and stay the night? Offer to call them an uber or drive them somewhere if I’m sober? If they stay the night would it be strange to spoon them? Would you expect to have sex again in the morning if you have time?
Also, who decides when sex is actually over? As a guy I feel like I shouldn’t ever express them I’m ready to call it a night until she does but maybe I’m overthinking it.

If it’s clear it’s just a ONS I would feel weird about waking up with someone, honestly. But this should be cleared before
Depends on situation. If they are at my place, I offer them to stay till morning
A ONS is over when you are done with their company or they with yours. Anything more becomes more.
As far as telling them it’s over, just don’t be rude. A simple ” well that was fun” or something similar is a great cue.
