I’m 6’4, active, fit and have kinda always been slouchy. I’ve tried to be mindful of it but lately I’ve been spending time with friends that take pictures and I notice how weird I look in pics where I’m not fully facing the camera or if I’m in the background turned to the side staring into the abyss.

There are some exercises that can help support back muscles and help your posture. You can also try a posture corrector to wear every so often. I think a lot of us are finding that our posture could be better!

Basic yoga. You can ask an instructor for a workout plan specific to posture
Zazen…a form of mediation that emphasizes a focus on posture.
Heavy squats and deadlift.
