Friends with benefits to serious.

I (f24) am currently friends with benefits with a guy (m30) who is making me kind of confused. We started the whole thing with an open end as we didn’t know what we should do. We are working at the same company but that’s not a problem. Last week he told me that he wanted something serious and he didn’t want any friends with benefits. I said okay and everything was good. The next day he wrote again and we have been writing since then but we didn’t see each other just at work. Yesterday he told me that he has something that’s worth waiting and I told him that’s amazing and that I’m glad that he has something and wished him luck as I didn’t wanted to pretend more into it. I thought we will stop writing but he continued to write and when i stopped answering he textend me like 6 times and when I texted back it continued. I’m really confused and I really don’t know what he wants from me. I mean we never talked about beeing mores serious beside yesterday and that also wasn’t a lot. And as today we haven’t written anything. I kind of feel used.
