Using some lube, try and gently pull your foreskin back. If there’s any pain, it’s best to see a doctor. They can prescribe cream to help it become looser.
Don’t stress too much. It’s more common than you think and your doctor won’t judge you.

If you have never been able to pull it back, there would also be an issue with hygiene. If this is the case, I would visit a doctor as soon as possible. Also, this is nothing to worry about – there are multiple ways to go about this problem, regular stretching, surgery, etc. I wouldn’t worry about not being able to have sex (ever) but if you are worried about having sex right now, it could be painful depending on your situation.
