I remind myself that my emotions and perceptions aren’t always the truth, close my eyes, and simply focus on my breath until I feel back to my balance again.
Grounding. It’s incredibly helpful method and I think everyone should know how to do it. Helps to take a breather, become aware of the surroundings and focus on being in a moment. It helped to improve my anixety and derealisation signifintaly
I try to sleep, sleep it off
Get a bear hug from someone you love and have them squeeze you tight. There’s nothing more real than human touch.
