What do you do when you don’t feel real?

  1. I remind myself that my emotions and perceptions aren’t always the truth, close my eyes, and simply focus on my breath until I feel back to my balance again.

  2. Grounding. It’s incredibly helpful method and I think everyone should know how to do it. Helps to take a breather, become aware of the surroundings and focus on being in a moment. It helped to improve my anixety and derealisation signifintaly

  3. Get a bear hug from someone you love and have them squeeze you tight. There’s nothing more real than human touch.

  4. Holy shit other people feel this too?! I tend to curl up and cry repeating to myself
    ‘I’m not real’ over and over until I fall asleep or it goes away…. Probably not the most healthy thing to do
