Pickles, carrot sticks & hummus, olives & cheese cubes, fruit sometimes (mango and pineapple especially), i like dried fruit too, lightly salted nuts. I’m a snack girly so I keep a few options in the office fridge ready to go.
I keep a variety of healthy snacks in my desk, like protein bars, trail mix. They’re all easy to store and don’t require refrigeration, so they’re perfect for snacking on throughout the day.
Granola bars, mostly
Aldi lentil crisps they’re lovely
KIND bars and SmartPop
Protein shake

I usually have almonds, pistachios and some packets of lemon pepper tuna.
Raw unsalted nuts.
