I have a suggestion that I hope someone runs with. There should be a Facebook group for men to post online dating profiles of women to ask if they are real or fake/scammers. I think I got matched with two separate fake profiles today. Ugh. They should exist for each city, name the groups, “OLD – Is She Real? Los Angeles”, etc. for each city.

You could also just not do a lot of texting and ask them out quickly. It’s what I do. I don’t do chit-chat very well. I try to schedule the date early and stop talking.
I also only go on activity dates so if I get stood up, I’m at the museum with interesting stuff to see or the roller rink jamming to Oldies instead of sitting alone at a bar.
