Hi, I have such a hard time keeping conversations going while texting or messaging people. Please give advice if you have any!! Are there questions that are good to ask? What happens when the topic finishes, how do I start up another???? Disclaimer: My brain literally goes empty when needing to respond🙄🤦🏼What do people like to talk about?

Start giving a shit about the person you speak with and you will see it’s easy to start and hold a conversation
Where they’re from, tell them facts you know about their city, ask if they like it, ask if they want to stay there
1 single topic can be spoken about for hours if you want to
And questions on questions: do you have a pet? Oh it’s your mothers have you had him long? When did you get your pet? Does your mom like him? Has he ever stayed with you? Have you ever had to visit the vet with him? How was the vet experience? Etc etc
Listen to what they actually say rather than have a quiz game with them, then you give feedback to their reply.
