I’m not looking to smash and pass on this one so I wanted to make a good impression. Figured it was better to tip over then under, was I wrong?

105% on a $30 tab is a little different than the same on a $100+ tab.
It’s very possible to over-tip beyond a certain threshold imo. But since there’s a couple beers missing off the bill and you got some samples maybe it all balanced out.
Your first meeting was with her at work?
Does she know she was on a date?
