The other day I was talking with a straight face the whole entire day since for some reason I didn’t feel like smiling and my friend remarked my voice sounded different

So this begs the question if you talk while smiling vs talking with a straight or sad face will you get a different sounding voice, how can you bend this feature to your ability if it is true?

  1. This actually lines up with scientific theory strangely. Scientifically the air flow to your mouth changes various aspects of your voice like pitch, volume, cadence, etc… Air flow increases with energy levels and decreases with lack of energy as per the science. Presumably if you learn what energy levels bring your voice into an optimal range you could buffer yourself below if your predisposed to have it increase or above that if your predisposed to have it drop.

Additionally your face mirrors your emotions which provide or sap energy as per the science.
