What’s the best way of approaching people on the subway/metro ? to have a conversation. Especially that everyone seems to be in a rush even when waiting for the subway

  1. The best way is to not. No one wants to be waiting for the subway, everyone’s on guard against creeps, panhandlers, potential muggers, etc. It’s not a good place to try to strike up conversations.
