Mine: I work from home for over 10 years now and don’t even know what more than 1/2 my coworkers look like! Just voices on the phone or teams meetings.
All of these should have an asterisk. The software engineers at my 3,000 employee, unicorn tech company certainly aren’t allowed to be themselves.
I think the only way you can “be yourself” is if you’re an independent contractor in a highly specialized field.

Weekend overnight telecom operater for a hospital. From my experience it is pretty quiet and they are running skeleton crews so very few people working at that time. I currently have this kind of position and I work alone due to our department being in charge of two offices that must be staffed 24/7. 10-14 hours to myself just answering occasional calls and doing what I want.
