basically what the title says. I (18F) want to do more activities but my social battery and general energy is incredibly low. I don’t know if I’m just lazy or spoiled but i get stressed out super easily once something is “too much”. I’m currently in the process of moving out and i have uni, driving lessons, and a hobby twice a week. But i feel bad because I can’t get myself to go to the gym as often as i’d like and i want to invest in more hobbies to develop myself, but I just seem to kind of pass out and lay in bed all day after my day is done because i feel exhausted, even if i barely did anything. Any tips on how to beat this? I’m so tired of this endless cycle.

  1. Take up meditation and when you’re decent at it, make

    That mental and emotional state the focus of meditation

    Understand yourself intimately and deeply so that you can be less stressed in those situations, and do more stuff you wanna do
