I don’t even know what to put here

So I’m (M22) have been having crush on this so called co worker (F28), I got offered a job from volunteering there and she was my supervisor. I would not say I am the friendliest person when meeting for the first time but she is the nicest person I have ever met. I love and appreciate when someone goes out of their way being nice to me even I seem to be an ass first impression most of the time. She taught me everything about her job since I do intend to pursue that and even offered to write my reference letter for graduate school. I am more necessarily attracted to how she treats someone that she didn’t know rather than her look even though she is an attractive person
It is cliche but I see this glow and good aura every time I talk to her. I won’t be pursuing her romantically since I am aware work place romance is not worth risking but I really want to get to know her on a friendship level and we’re in different stages of our lives since there’s a bit of gap between us. I doubt she has any idea but its just been really hard for me to talk to her since I have my crush goggle on. Any advice on how to change the mindset or approach would be much appreciated
