  1. Seaweed snacks- plain & spicy. Always amazed something that tastes so good can be so good for me!

  2. My culture has this a snack that’s basically like a long straight puffy cheeto that you can hold like a stick, and comes in all sorts of unhealthy flavors. It’s awful and I hate myself, but I eat it all the time.

    Also baby carrots.

  3. I rarely snack but when I do, I tend to crave and go for fruit (especially bananas, kiwis and mulberries) or wholegrain crispbread topped with cottage cheese.
