What do you do when you need a little confidence boost?

  1. I wear one of my more well-fitted clothes, listen to my playlist, throw some kicks and punches in the air etc.

  2. I swipe on Tinder/Bumble/Hinge

    And if I don’t feel like judging what the online meat judging apps have the offer, I go for a run/go to the gym

  3. Every once and awhile, I’ll flip Bumble into travel mode, and set my profile to a city like NYC, or Austin or some place, and watch the likes roll in.

  4. Get a good haircut, buy well fitting clothes, and get a good diet and exercise routine. That’s all you really need.

  5. I programmed my alarm clock to play Careless Whisper every morning and my sax levels have never been higher.
