How does pregnancy effect ur balance, center of mass and moving around?

  1. Being a normally petite person to begin with, growing a giant belly shifted my center of balance a lot. I had a couple of falls and rolled my ankle once. Luckily never really hurt myself or the baby.

The babies moving never was an issue, there isn’t really anywhere for them to go, so it didn’t shift anything.

  2. It didn’t mess with me at all until I was in the third trimester, and then it was basically only when I would try to squeeze between cars in a parking lot. You forget it’s a goddamn beach ball under there

  3. Oh heavens – my hips spread and a 10 lb baby was riding on me to totally change my center of gravity…I flat out LUMBERED! It was 😱

  4. Differently between women and between pregnancies.

Thr day I gave birth with my second I could still squat down and back up again carrying a 14kg/30 pound weight (my 3 year old).
