How do I make comfortable eye contact?

  1. There is no comfortable eye contact. You take the initiative to make it. You lock eyes, resist the urge to look away, and pressure the other person to acknowledge you which 95% of the time they will. Then give them a head nod or say hello, or both. When a man locks eyes w a woman usually they’ll look down, then back up, and smile. Smile back. It’s a matter of getting used to the interaction. Just don’t stare.
