quarantine killed my social skills. The entirety of quarantine my friend and I spent almost every day goofing around on discord. Now I disconnected from that friend group. I want to make new friends but I literally don’t know how. I blame COVID for this lmao.

Also I’m going to a concert next month and I’m scared of judgement from the other concert-goers like wtf? I know it makes no sense to be afraid of that but I can’t help it.

  1. If you have acquaintance friends that you vibe with hit them up and let them know you are looking for new friends. When I moved to a new place I hit up new friends and literally said I was looking to make new friends. And it worked pretty well. Be patient this process too me several months

  2. Covid left a mark on all of us. Friends will come and go through all stages of your life. You do know how to make friends, skills get rusty when we don’t use them and you haven’t used them for a few years.

You are experiencing anxiety perfectly, in that you feel it, but you know it’s irrational.

Are you going to be judging others at the concert?
