How do I tell a girl that I don’t want to keep doing her presentations

My friend is lazy af and never does her school work(she is failing some subjects) and wants me to do presentations for one of them(subject is only about doing presentations).It’ll be fine if it happened one time but it happens every time,one time I already send mine in but she texted me if I sent it and then I had to do one more for her cuz she would fail if I didn’t.Also we had a class and she asked me if I did mine and then went to the teacher and told her that we did it together and that I forgot to write her name on, teacher new she lied and asked me and got angry at me for lying.I did mine today and I don’t know how to tell her that I don’t wanna keep writing her name on my presentations.Mabey I should just write it?
